Trip to the “Boesman se Watergat”
The trail begins at Die Galg and runs along the foot of the mountain ending at the top near the “Klipstoor”. It is approximately 4km. An hour’s hiking to get there. Take a dip in the rock pool and look at the cave, enjoy having a picnic and relax before returning to the top. No permit needed!
Half day trip to Oak Falls
A Half day walking trail if you sleepover. You will need a half day permit.
Boesmanskloof Hiking Trail
A permit is needed to do the well known Boesmanskloof/Die Galg Trail.This trail is approximately 16 km and it takes 5 – 8 hour to reach Greyton. Oak Falls is half way to Greyton and is the ideal place for a rest and to enjoy the rock pool.
